Office Manager
Full-time exempt position
Reports to: Human Resources Manager (Executive Director if/as needed)
Salary: $16.50 - $17.50 ($1320 - $1400 bi-weekly)
Hours: 40 hours per week, schedule TBD
Benefits: Vacation accrual of 2 weeks per year for the first 2 years, sick pay of 12 days per year, health benefits and dental benefits after three months, 401(k) plan available.

Good Samaritan is an innovative multi-service non-profit agency located in San Francisco’s Mission District. Its mission is to help immigrant families access needed services, develop self sufficiency, and participate fully as members of the community. Position Summary
The Office Manager assists in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the agency run smoothly and meet company policy as well as local, state and federal requirements. The primary functions of this role fall under three categories as outlined below, however, other duties may be assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications
QuickBooks knowledge required
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
Experience processing Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
General bookkeeping skills
Ability to track, perform, multiple tasks and projects with varying time sensitive deadlines
Strong organizational skills
Experience working in a non-profit preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
Knowledge of GiftWorks a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter able to work independently or with a team as needed
Respectful, welcoming, self-motivated, punctual, flexible, sensitive to immigrant issues, problem solving
Fingerprint Clearance required
